Mandeep Singh
Mandeep Singh (born 18 December 1991) is an Indian cricketer.〔(Mandeep Singh )〕 He plays for Punjab in the top-flight of Indian cricket.〔(Punjab Squad, Ranji Trophy 2011/12 )〕 An attacking right-hand batsman who also occasionally bowls right arm medium pace, Mandeep has also played for India Blue cricket team〔(India Blue Squad, Challeger Trophy 2011/12 )〕 and North Zone〔(North Zone Squad, Duleep Trophy 2011/12 )〕 and is currently a part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore squad in the IPL.〔(Kings XI Punjab )〕 He has also played for Kolkata Knight Riders in the 2010 edition of the IPL. In the 2012 season of IPL, Mandeep scored 432 runs from 16 matches, including two half-centuries, and ended the tournament as his team's leading run-scorer.〔(Indian Premier League 2012 - Kings XI Punjab / Records / Most runs )〕 He was also adjudged the winner of "Rising Star of the tournament Award".〔(IPL 5: Awards and honours )〕
On 18 July 2012 he was included in 30 probables for the World T20 tournament to be played in Sri Lanka in September 2012.
